Cracking the Code of Spiritual Cult Guru's that are gone wild

This blog is a first hand experience including reviews and experiences of the people i know, combined with research work.

I was myself in one of the cult in 2007, wherein they claimed the cult leader was a god with consciousness level as infinite and before him Lord Krishna had consciousness level of 1000 (their claims) - that cult has disappeared and also their leader, their operations are closed down, but while attending and following the processes of this cult, i got first hand experiences of what happens in these kind of places. After going through the content of the most recent ones, it was clear that the mode of operations is common irrespective of the cult, culture, religion or country.

Lot of time and effort has gone in writing this blog, studying various videos and extracting information from various sources (including studying the behaviour changes of my near and dear ones - that are trapped in this),  as a result this blog is a very detailed psychological analysis of their modes of operations.

This is an abstract version, not pointing to any particular cult, it is an attempt to reflect their mode of operations. If readers are able to relate it to their own current cult, than that cult also falls under the category of "Brainwashers" - these cults can be in any country, may promote any religion, or any god - but their intentions are same - i.e. to break you down emotionally, by attacking your mind from various angles.

NOTE

These people are smart, and they evolve, so when they know their schemes and strategies are exposed, e.g. after reading such kind of posts (there are many out there), they counter by changing their discourses and strategies with time.

They are kind of like a virus that evolves after each dose of anti-biotics !

Time and again, this blog will also be modified to keep it up-to-date with the evolving virus.

Your feedback can greatly help to achieve this task.

It is very common for seekers to hear that you need to go there and join their cult and experience it before you speak about it
- well this is the beginning of the trap

I am not going to compare any mystical experiences in this blog. We are only going to focus on the "methods of teaching" and "How to avoid becoming a victim"

Lets Get Started

SECTION 1: WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO

Before You Join, After You Join

Drastic difference between claims and what happens in the ashram, before and after seekers join them.

When getting new seekers, they say whether you believe or not, i will get you there, but once the seeker becomes a member, they are only given long discourses on how we ourself are failing us and creating problem for us.

Conflicting and Deceptive Claims

You have not joined: I have power to take you there 

vs 

After you join: You are blocking me with your own school of thoughts

This is a very common pattern, "Chit bhi meri, Pat bhi meri" - i.e. They have their hands clean in either scenario

The mind breaking and money game starts as soon as you decide to join !!

Let us review each steps, they may not happen in same order, but each of them will come in play

Step 1: Shut down questions 

Seekers are constantly pushed into such a low state of mind by carefully planned discourses. They are made to believe that their minds are rubbish, rotten and nothing but creating mess.

They are further convinced, with various examples and stories, that their minds are deceiving them and they must stop listening to the mind and (stop) asking questions,  just absorb all the words and do as told.

Step 2: You are negative, your thoughts are your enemy

Seekers are convinced "We are stuck because of our ideas, our emotions, and theories" and that I am waiting for you, so don't make me wait, and you are asked to follow him blindly

The above 2 steps breaks the first line of defence: Your intellect

Step 3: Control the Environment

All live demonstration in the ashram, during the courses, are done in a controlled environment - where seekers are not allowed to use their free will.

They will also have schedules that ensures Sleep Deprivation

Senses of a sleep deprived persons, works with reduced attention, and that gives the cult an advantage to fool them easily.

If they sense you are in for a long run, they will give you a new identity by changing your name and dress code

Changing name also ensures your family start ridiculing you.

They will have their own ways of greetings, which will force seekers to chant the masters name constantly. Basically instead of Namaste or Hello, they will be made to say something that is derived from the cult leaders godly name.

Step 4: Pain Trap

Seekers are made to believe they are in lot of pain and that they have problem in their relations. And they are made to believe that only if they join the master, they can solve these problems and move higher in their destiny.

Most of the cult leaders have youtube videos, All videos are designed to brainwash, to distract, to confuse, they will use few scientifically known concepts, some popular stuff can also be used (like Yoga) to attract. But every actions of theirs is nothing but a customised fishing net.

Step 5: Confuse them, Reduce their self confidence, Take away their freedom

1. Don’t ask questions - it will be treated as argument
2. Don’t doubt the guru - it will be treated as negativity
3. Don’t seek proof and verification - it will be treated as non-believer of magic

Seekers start to avoid any such people, who are curious enough to ask question - they label their near and dear ones negative and stay away from them.

The entire purpose of the discourse is not to prepare seekers for a spiritual growth, but to prepare them:

1. In such a way that they completely become helpless and believe only this man can save them.
2. They tell anyone who comes in their way : "Come to my master and experience it yourself"

"Just surrender to my powers and i will take you there"

Step 6: Stories and Miracles

You are brainwashed with lots of stories, sanskrit slogans and claims of miracles - a very common pattern in all cults - and it constitutes 99 % of their core activity.

Stories will be thrown every now and then, but demonstrations will be either missing, or will be in a controlled environment - in which you won't be allowed to ask questions or play any controlling role.

Videos are presented, that are specially designed to fool you to believe in miracles

Miracles videos are shown when you have reached a low state, due to lack of sleep and other mind breaking processes.

Step 7: Distractions

This is a world connected with internet, and hence scams of miracles can be easily recorded, leaked and shared. Whenever such things happen, the cult will be ready with various modes of action.

1. Their first reaction is to bring that video down on the grounds of copyright.

2. If you are exposing them on FaceBook, then their devotees will be asked to flood the FB group with negative reviews and spam notice, and if you are not supported by positive members than FB takes down your group based on the negative reviews.

3. They will have counter videos made, which upon close analysis will reveal there is something fishy or dots won't connect.

4. They will have their team, geared up to insult, convince, or spit bad words, make mystical claims or magical experiences on social media, they will flood that space.

Step 8: Create Anger in the Minds of Seeker

They also purposely release a video that clearly shows a SCAM

Purposely released scam video are designed to trigger anger inside the seekers mind, to present them the ugly face of the world "See how the world is treating your guru and their videos !".

This is done, to achieve the following:

1. Get seekers more distracted, their focus moves away from seeking to - supporting Magical claims

2. Even before the seekers themselves are able to do any of those magic, they start spreading the words and start publishing their illusions as reality.

Birth of an innocent criminal, who doesn't know it yet

This way the seekers become party to the crime, and a slight guilt in their subconscious is created.

This guilt helps the Cult in future, as a psychological protector of their fake guru

Step 9: Break you from your Family, by creating Hate and Fear

In this step, they will make you fearful, they will use your own stories and old memories, and they will make you hate your family members and everyone else (who is not in the cult).

Every family have some stories of fights, which are normal, but these old memories are amplified and used as a tool with ulterior motives.

This is the most important Step and also the most Cruel

Once you trigger fear and hate for your family, they have succeeded, and now you are completely broken emotionally and are their

NEW SLAVE.

Step 10: They control your Emotions

Once you are a slave, the journey of Mind Breaking, doesn't end. This is the time when the real motives are presented, but a seeker willingly accept each of it.

They begin to monitor your Thoughts

Everything that happens to you inside, is now important for them, they will make you confess all your thoughts, experiences, feelings

These are used as a tool to further amplify your negative emotions (anger, hatred, fear)

Claims that i Cannot Verify

Connected to this, there are stories, that seekers are also made to consume some stuff that keep their senses to lowest level and their dopamine level high.

Whether these are true or rumours is hard to tell.

Hypnotism and Black Magic

Hypnotism is achieved by either flashing lights on stage, or by uttering mantras (using sound energy) - Sound energy has been known to create a powerful impact on our minds.

Many readers will claim this is not real, even i did not believe in such stuff before, but i have witnessed it myself and - i am not clear on how they do it, a complete denial of this is not wise.

Some interesting things Sound Energy is Made to do in this Era

Sound energy has been known to influence peoples mind directly - this has been exploited a lot in cinema to give the viewers an experience that is closer to the story - A horror movie will have sounds of varying frequency and modulations - which our subconscious mind picks up and it scares the hell out of us. 

A snake slithering will remind us of danger, a cracking door reminds us of those lonely nights, a cry (especially child's or mother's cry) - evokes extremely powerful emotions of "fear of death of near ones". A grinding and thumping sound - drains us.

I am not an expert in sound - but i do know it is powerful, and you can know it yourself by doing some research on how Horror movies use the science of sounds.

An erotic movie will have different types of sounds to invoke those kinds of emotions.

Imagine what ulterior objective can be achieved by someone who is an expert in sound, and when they actually apply it on the seekers in mass, it is very powerful, hypnotic and inescapable !!

Step 11: Keep seekers Glued for long and make them Come Back

I am Avatar or I am Enlightened  or I have Super Consciousness 

They will get this thought to your sub-conscious directly, or indirectly through their Team, to convince you that:

1. You need to be in the presence of This enlightened master to progress in your path.
2. That magic is real and that you should become the believer of magic, only after believing you can achieve it
3. That he is an avatar or god or whatever - hence only he has powers to bless you with enlightenment.

Basically present whatever stories that work for that given culture

It is a play of fear and manipulation of your self esteem 

So while you are told to believe in magic - indirectly your subconscious is also seeded with thought that you won’t be able to do magic - and that only He can initiate you into this, but you have to be in His presence for that to happen, or you have to become One with Him.

You (Seeker) have Lost it, if You reach this Stage

The process of becoming one with Him, is a highly complex mind game in itself, and it generates such powerful emotions that is hard to break.

At this stage the seeker is totally in his control: emotionally, physically and psychologically.

No Advice will work on the minds of Seeker at this stage.

They behave literal like a Slave to their new Master.

From Seeker to Slavery and Addiction

Seekers are only made to believe that their experiences are a result of them moving ahead in this journey, every tiny stupid thought will be labeled as experiences, and they will be used as a tool against you - to keep you with them.

You Get Addicted 

This effect, works like a drug. You are away from conflict, low on senses - you experience something that is labeled as bliss - and then you want more - not knowing the real reason at all

Guru was not giving you peace but an easy option of Running away from Life itself was

This Pattern Repeats and Becomes an Endless Cycle

We come back to the world, live normal life, and we again become the same person like before.

Then again we want to go back there - thinking that master was giving us peace.

VICIOUS CYCLE

In the name of Seeking, Seekers are made to stop Seeking completely.

NOTE TO SEEKER

This is hard words, i would rather put it straight than to manipulate the findings and present it nicely. 

The seekers who usually gets trapped in such scam are already seen with signs of negative emotions like: anger, confusion and hatred towards their family, and society at large. 

They also have a slight inclination towards gaining power and are heavily attracted towards magic - not for entertainment, but to posses it.

The level of emotion doesn't matter, because the objective of the Scam guru is to amplify those emotions, bring your focus again and again to it, and if we do not put a check on it quickly then with each passing moment we are getting away from our own self and getting closer to the devil. 

It is important to have some sort of private space, in which what you do, only you know and no one else. During that space you can do a check on your own self, on what happened. If you do these checks honestly you will know something fishy is going on, and you will get alerted before its too late.

If you do these checks regularly than that is all is needed for spirituality 

- Awareness of Self

NOTE TO FAMILY MEMBERS

At this stage (Once Seekers cross Step 9), no amount of support, or display of love, advices, works on the seekers mind. 

For every action of yours they will have a Counter Negative Emotions.

Only they can Snap out of it Themselves and Come out Victorious

Or they loose it Completely

MY THEORY

I believe, that family members should still try and help them, with following conditions:

1. Keep in mind that they are not going to listen - so don't keep high hopes
2. They will still do what they are being forced to do - due to slavery
3. But, slowly slowly, what your actions will do, is to seed a counter in their mind - which if it grows, it will help them come out of it themselves.

The above 3 conditions are important, because it will give the family members - patience to support their loved ones endlessly, till the distraught seeker is ready to snap out of it themselves.

I was just brought into notice, towards the work done by Steve Hassan on this subject, He is an expert in bringing people out of cults, since last 40 years.

I have gone through his few videos, one of them is linked, (click on his name above). 

His thoughts are very much inline with my Views too. And he presents it much more clearly, beautifully and in a simple manner.

THERE IS HOPE

And as per him, every Seeker who is trapped, deep inside wants to become Free of these Traps.

SECTION 2: HOW TO BE SURE IF A PARTICULAR CULT IS GOOD FOR ME?

Simple Process: All cults needs to be avoided!

A Guru is not a cult, he can be a simple man, living in your neighbourhood but you will never know.

A Cult leader on the other hand, is a Mass Manipulation Engine - and they can only survive by making extra ordinary claims.

Detailed Process: Arm yourself with the Below Methods before Joining Them!

DO's and DONT's

During one-to-one meeting, Write down everything they Say, if possible record the audio, because there will be lot of distractions in their speech.

Avoid if it is a one sided conversation, where you are not allowed to ask questions.

Do not Decide there and there itself.

Do Not Make up Your Mind easily and instantly, they will do everything in their power to have you make decision quickly.

Come back with the script, take aside time for reviewing it word by word.

Check which portion you haven't Verified and continue research on that.

Method 1: Study the Existing Members, instead of the Master

By analysing the existing followers of these cults, we can identify what is your take away far more accurately instead of trying to analyse the cult leader who is obviously extremely good in manipulation and is very well prepared.

The followers will claim many things, but they are not so good in their communications, there will be holes in their speech that can be identified by careful analysis.

If possible, Meet the followers in Person and then Gauge their words / actions, with the Framework given here.

1. They tell you to believe that magic can happen - a clear distraction purely to stop us into asking any intelligent question - because immediately we will be treated as someone who is a non believer and we will be looked at like a fool compared to other seekers who are fully believing every word that the guru says. That is why, their process usually work only when there are many involved.
2. They claim powers: and extra ordinary achievements, but any question of proof will...result in....see next point
3. When challenged, the answer is very common - you come and see the guru - and then you can experience it yourself and do it yourself. This pattern is common and visible in all forms of communications
4. It is like multilevel marketing - where seekers start marketing and attracting others even before they are able to do any of those claimed miracles. The cycle is kept alive, by the seekers themselves. 
5. Don't ask questions - If they block you from asking questions, just stay away you won't get anything out of this group

Method 2: Don't fall for Stories

Seek proof, and don't fall for line: "See my master if you want proof"

A very common claim all seekers will make is, they are feeling lot of changes inside them and they are experiencing miracles left and right, infact they are trying to hide their inability to have achieved anything, by sharing stories (either theirs or of their masters). 

BEWARE

And If they are Part of the SCAM itself, then beware, they can use any form of deception to make you believe in their stories, and usually it will involve few more supporting sidekicks.

Method 3: Be a Skeptic and remain Cautious

1. To be specific: Remain neither a believer nor a Non-Believer.
2. Do your research well, this is a well connected world.
3. If something is real and honest, you will automatically get attracted to it.
4. But remain skeptic, do not get fooled by lines of commenters who claim experience.
5. If there is even one shred of doubt, refrain from going - and continue your research.
6. If there is even one case - convicted or not, avoid.
7. If there is even one video sharing the fraud behaviour, avoid.

Even one case or one fraud video is enough, the thumb rule says

If it has happened once, it has happened before, and it has happened many times

They are just probably good at hiding it, but slipping occasionally

Method 4: Remain Confident

Feel proud you are Skeptic 

These emotions are there for your self preservation and safety, they are important and do not get rid of it at all.

If they cannot make you believe them, without saying "Believe us" - it is a sign - AVOID

Avoid Love at First Sight Scenario

You need to understand, that this is as big as choosing a correct life partner. You have to research, and analyse it well, it cannot be love at first sight

Do not worry, that you will be deprived of a good Guru

If there is a guru assigned for you by god, it is in his agenda to seek you, this is the universal law to keep seekers safe.

Every other explanation regarding guru is a trap.

Method 5: Check if you are Still a Seeker?

Seeking happens by asking Questions and performing Self Introspection 

Are you just attracted to miracles and stories? You may think that by possessing magical prowess you will get more love from the near and dear ones.

This is true - you will get more attention, but the downside is it will lead you to a path that is full of devils.

Holding magical power before you can know how to control it, or before you know the true essence of spirituality. Is extremely dangerous

Spirituality was never the question of believing something or non-believing something, it was never about miracles, it was always an inward journey, it was always a journey to know your own self with complete clarity.

TO GAIN LOVE

All that is needed to gain love is to spend time with that member, give attention to them when they are talking to you. Participate in doing some activities together without trying the judge the persons ability to do that activity. It is ok if they are not good in something

Perfection is a choice, it is not important to gain love.

Only requirement to gain love, is Complete Involvement in that Moment.

Avoid getting overwhelmed by Experiences

Do not get happy with the experiences one get during such processes in an ashram or away from it.

Spiritual growth cannot be measured by number of Experiences, it can only be measured by what we become as a person.

Know what is true Experience, versus Stories swimming inside You

If any form of experience is giving you anger, hatered, or any other negative emotions towards yourself or towards your loved ones - or even towards your enemy - then that is not a real experience, these are stories and thoughts of the cult leader swimming inside your head.

Only the experience that gives you joy, connects you to people around you, bring you more closer to your loved ones, nature, animals - it is real.

Focusing on experience can make you Arrogant.

Bring your focus away from experiences, It is a very common mode of deception, to get the seekers into sharing their experiences during satsang, it is to move your focus away from the main objective.

Rather, it is a comparison of what you perceived in the past vs what you perceiving today for the same situations that life throws at you.

Keep all your emotions within you, in secret, do not Share with anyone

Your real, honest guru doesn't need to know, because he will already know. Others can't do much so they also do not need to know. Others can infact harm by driving you away from Seeking - into a rat race of experiences.

ALERT

If you find yourself distracted, into experiences, then you are only few steps short of loosing it completely!

Avoid the Extra Ordinary, However Lucrative and Super Heroic It May Sound 

Every big claims of Gurus, and shortcuts they give, are nothing but addiction. 

You will be shown a world that loves you 

- because you have powers.

You will be bathing in blessings in and out, Such things are extremely addictive, To live in an ashram is very addictive: there is laughter, there are birds chirping, there is fresh breeze, simple but healthy diet (with a possible addition of hidden mind controlling agent), and most importantly away from worldly problems and day-to-day conflicts.

ALERT

If you come across the existing followers of any cult, and they show any (one or more) of these below signs:

Anger

Too much Sweetness in the Voice

Attempt to Distract

Avoiding your Direct Questions

Using language of Sales Person

THEN AVOID THE CULT, IT IS FAKE

SECTION 3: CRACKING THE MAGIC SCAM

This entire thing is so complex that it is not easy to crack, this requires lots of patience and careful analysis from countless sources.

Most common Magic Claims

1. Healing Power 
2. Producing some form of material (I remember where i was - they shared stories of Chandan and Kumkum, recently the claims are nothing short of gold and precious stones) 

Emerging Patterns

• None of their videos will be continuous, they will be heavily edited 
• You will need to download them and slow down to see whats going on 
• They will make false claim, of have undergone scientific and lab tests or they will claim it is under process. But there won't be any proof of that, if you come back to it even after years, it will still be endless claims and stories only - there won't be any wide acceptance of it in scientific community. 
• They use the words of science only as a distraction, but there are no real scientific explanation directly related to the magic, science jargons are only thrown to distract you into believing that the speaker knows something much deeper.
• All the live demonstration in the ashram, will be in a controlled environment, the seekers are not given control and they are to follow process strictly. 

ALERT

They may say, it is science, but science has not reached there yet. This is deception.

Applied science is made up verifiable experiments and is not just a belief system

Mode of Operation

• They will begin with sacred prayers as a form of distraction, followed by some stories, the main part of the show will be somewhere in between and for a very brief period. Major portion will go in creating distractions, manipulations and preparing the viewers mind, by sharing lots of stories.
• Any questions will be averted if there is a live audience, they will be labeled as negative, and skeptic if they do not believe them blindly. 
• There will always be some catch -  It will not be a clean act, it will be like a magic show and it will literally be in the "Magicians Format" 
• Most videos will be produced by the cult itself - Paid Scam.
• In the Video, they will pretend to be calling someone from the audience, but in reality it will be one of their own. (This you will know only after careful analysis of many videos) 

eg: a magician will take out something from pocket, or mouth or from behind the ears. Because that gives an opportunity to deceive. Most gurus and their servants - take out things from their mouth.

Whatever comes out of their Whichever part of the body, They may call it Sacred and claim it has Magical powers.

Basically

"hey i am just about to fool you by doing magic and sharing stories, but you will not be able to ask any questions, because than i will call you skeptic"

They will make Videos that are purposefully Ambiguous

Strange but true, and the reason is:

To Keep the current seekers glued to the cult, and to recruit more. They will be told: "See didn't we tell you no one will believe, ask them to come to us, and experience it live"

The entire market, of Spiritual Masters and Seekers, is Huge - It is deception, but still is huge, because most of us are in some sort of depression, due to money problems, family problems, and are willing to try it atleast once.

Cults in India, charge heavy amount to foreigners, It is mind blowing, How and Why the Western public are so easily convinced and commit to such things.

THE BANKS OF SUCH CULTS

The major contributor to such cults are the rich - who spend money - in the name of trying something new or for charity, and needy - who borrow money and then spend on them.

And to keep these CONTRIBUTORS in their trap, is what the game is all about.

This Entire SAGA usually have Multiple Layers or Group of People

The Core layer: It is made up of a small group of 3 or 4 - we can call it inner circle - who are the creators of the scam. This layer also compose of direct beneficiaries.

The second layer: Will have Paid Scamsters:

• A family or an individual that will vouch they saw it happen infront of their eyes. 
• A journalist that will pretend to be recording it live or doing a involuntary review.
• A disguised seeker promising they have power and can do it. 

The third layer: These are innocent seekers (I learnt a new name today: gullible), they innocently participate in the scam, thinking it is real and become party of spreading the rumours in their network. They are very much part of it - however innocently - because they spreading the word of fraud.

This is the most important layer, because it has sheer volume of people, and they also behave like guards for their cult leader.

CAREFULL

The third layer is also very scary, because they can turn into a mob anytime and create disruption. 

The beneficiaries in the first layers are also someone you need to remain safe and away from, they will go to any length to protect their investments.

The fourth layer: consists of victims of this saga, they are most times not easily detectable, their family heavily manipulated, traumatised or threatened.

• Some end up in graveyard
• Some serious victim fight lonely and lengthy legal battle
• Some end up writing such blogs and support the cause in their own ways
• Some go into hiding to save their dear life

This group of people if get support, can make a huge difference to the society. Largely this group can only hope to get support from the fifth group of people.

The fifth layer: consists of people who are either unaware of such stuff, or they do not care to get involved - they are good at ignoring this - however this is the group that can counter by providing positive support, either by way of spreading the awareness or by supporting the victims directly and thereby provide pressure on the social system to take a timely action or least - it can provide a positive fabric that "ridicule" such gurus or babas - seeing them, the third layer (Cult supporters) can slowly come out of it.

If this group fails to take any action by giving excuse - "That it doesn't concern us" 

- then there is an imbalance in society, which is harmful for all.

ALWAYS REMEMBER

There is no one above the family, Especially Fraud Gurus and Swamis are definitely not. No one above mother, father, brother, sister.

Family Inspires and Motivates - even if they fight too, Whereas frauds will only break you - keeping you broken helps them.

A real guru will come and work on you, you will not even know. A real guru will focus on the journey and not on magic or experiences.

Magic is a distraction, attraction - for making money and fooling

Whoever are getting trapped in this, and when they realise it is all fraud - please be aware, not to take any actions against them, it is not worth it, do not worry about refunds, do not even let them know you are feeling suspicious, do not try to gather any proof. 

Your primary objective should be to move yourself out of that place SAFELY.

And get back to your NORMAL life

That Normal life is already pretty good...."Believe Me" ;)

YOU CAN COME OUT OF IT

Even after you realise, that the cult made a fool out of you and is a fraud - and you start staying away from them - it will not be an easy ride, it will take lots of time but you can come out of it.

You will feel lot of guilt, you will feel suicidal too - but do not waste your life under the weight of these feelings. The cult leaders have already done that with you, now that you are out of it - do not do the same with yourself - by going into guilt, anger and other negative emotions. Instead learn from those mistakes and move ahead in life - Your real spiritual progress will happen when you do self introspection on what happened to you - and you learn from that.

Learn from Mistakes: What you went through was horrible, but it also carried immense experience, this horror also brought lot of clarity in your mind - on what is wrong - what is right, how to see a fraud - how to stay away from it - this you can use in a positive way - to help many others (if you want). Remember: These experiences are making you more intelligent and more strong.

1. Family First: Start spending more time with family members, they fight, but they also keep us healthy emotionally
2. Be Social: Engage in normal social activities - like catching up with friends, watching movie, dining out and getting into a normal conversations - chit chat and gossips. Do all of this, it helps in a way you can never calculate.
3. Be Compassionate: Talk to people, forgive other peoples small small mistakes, it happens - it has happened to you in a big way - you have made mistakes too, others can make it too.
4. Give what you want for yourself: If you want, space - give others space, if you want others forgive you for your mistakes, do that same to others too, if you want love - give love.
5. Do what you love: Start doing what you are good at, and what you love to do, if possible start keeping yourself completely busy in these activities.
6. Take your focus away from experiences & quotes: We love quotes but they are meaningless, they fool us into believing that since i like the quote it means i am that. But liking and becoming are two distinctly different things. Similarly focusing on (and sharing) experiences make us feel arrogant & superior and we look down to other people, we think they are idiot - This feeling is that start of all problem and seeing this is the end of all problem.
